Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12!
